Job Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Expertise: responsible for leveraging experience in an API Q1 certified company to ensure the highest standards of quality throughout our operations.
- Machine Shop Inspection: You will bring your expertise in API 7-1 and 5CT threading inspection to the table, playing a pivotal role in maintaining the precision and reliability of our machined products.
- Premium Threads Knowledge: Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of premium threads from manufacturers like Tenaris, VAM, NOV GP, JFE, and Hunting, you will contribute to the seamless integration of these threads into our products and services.
- Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) Techniques: Your familiarity with various NDE techniques will be essential in conducting thorough inspections, ensuring the integrity and safety of critical components.
- Mechanical Valve Shop Inspection: Leveraging your expertise in API 6A and 16A inspection, you will ensure that all mechanical valves meet the stringent industry standards, guaranteeing their reliability and performance.
- ASME Code and Welding/Fabrication Shop: Your knowledge and experience in ASME codes, welding, and fabrication will play a vital role in maintaining the highest quality in our manufacturing processes.
- HSEQ Documentation: You will be responsible for meticulously maintaining our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) documentation system, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a QA professional in an API Q1 certified company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in handling premium threads from manufacturers like Tenaris, VAM, NOV GP, JFE, and Hunting is highly advantageous.
- Effective coordination and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Non-Destructive Examination techniques is desired.
