Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Lenovo Hardware Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Lenovo Hardware Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise on Lenovo hardware products to our clients. You will work closely with sales teams, customers, and partners to deliver customized Lenovo hardware solutions that meet their business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise on Lenovo hardware products, including servers, storage, and networking equipment
• Work closely with sales teams to identify customer requirements and provide customized hardware solutions
• Collaborate with partners to develop and implement Lenovo hardware solutions
• Perform technical demonstrations and presentations to customers
• Conduct product training for sales teams, customers, and partners
• Provide pre-sales support, including configuration, pricing, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of Lenovo hardware solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Lenovo hardware products

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a Lenovo Hardware Solutions Specialist or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Lenovo hardware products, including servers, storage, and networking equipment
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in pre-sales support, including configuration, pricing, and technical specifications
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
