Everyone is being invited to take a picture and make history in a huge, fun innovative mosaic as part of a major brand campaign of the all new GMC Acadia 2017.
The creative minds in social media Luster-Qatar are teaming up with the Qatar’s exclusive GMC dealer Mannai Trading to showcase the new crossover vehicle in a unique and interactive way at the Landmark Mall from Thursday March 16 to Saturday March 18.
It will be the first time that a mosaic of a GMC vehicle will be put together with the aid of the public’s help.
All they have to do is to use their own smartphones to take selfies and post photos on Instagram/ Twitter using the hashtag #Acadia2017. Luster will collect and print each photograph and will piece them all together into a large photo-mosaic of the GMC car.
This highly cutting-edge digital campaign –the first ever for Luster with GMC in GCC – is being used as a springboard by Mannai Trading to promote the dealership and the 2017 Acadia.
The Acadia is one of the most striking vehicles in the GMC family. It makes a strong impression with its confident stance and bold styling from front to back and is a distinctive crossover vehicle featuring distinctive grille designs, bold new wraparound headlamps and optional 18” and 20” wheels.
It has been designed with versatility and refinement in mind and bristles with safety features to help make drivers more aware of their surroundings and potential crash situations.
These include front pedestrian braking, following distance indicator, IntelliBeam automatic headlamp high-beam control, a Surround Vision camera system, a safety Alert Seat and lane change alert, with Side Blind Zone Alert.
Built on a new, lighter body structure, the 2017 Acadia’s driving dynamics are more responsive, while its shorter length and narrower width enable greater maneuverability. Acadia’s performance is powered by a standard 3.6L V6 engine mated to a 6-speed transmission
The innovative Keyless Open and Start feature on the Acadia makes entering and exiting the vehicle effortlessly. It also allows the driver and passengers to access all four doors when it senses your key fob approaching and starts the vehicle with the push of a button.
For connectivity, the Acadia is plugged in with available phone integration technology through GMC’s available IntelliLink system, making it easy to connect to some of the features smartphone users rely on most. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto allow drivers to make calls, send and receive messages and listen to music from the vehicle’s touchscreen.
