We do not charge candidates any fees at any stage of the recruitment process, including but not limited to:

- Interviews ( in -person or virtual)
- Job offers and contract facilitation
- Travel arrangement or Joining Tickets
- Visa processing or onboarding
We strictly adhere to all applicable local labour law and regulations and International Labour Organization ( ILO ) principles and Operational Guidelines for Fair Recruitment.
Mannai does not authorize any individual, recruitment agency, or third party intermediary to request payment , fees, or favors from candidates in exchange for employment opportunities.
