Retail Sales Manager – Parts
Job Description:
Responsible for the overall operation of Retail Parts Business.
- Ensure price positioning for the department in line with accepted industry standards by innovative strategies with customer focus.
- Pursuing improvement of quality service to maximize the customer satisfaction.
- Plan and Implement innovative Marketing and Sales promotions to reduce obsolete and slow-moving items in the inventory in consultation with Parts Director.
- Planning and Budgeting to gain profit and revenue to achieve Sales goals.
- Drives the development and implementation of Parts Retail Sales Strategies.
- Preparing Reports for Parts Sales against the Target.
- Continuously looking for Business Growth, Plans and initiates action relating to opening of new outlets, or upgrading equipment and operation-expansion.
- Overseeing Retail Sales including branches and adheres with Company & Principle standards to meet targeted Sales.
- Train and Develop Sales Staff.
- Evaluate performance of Sales staff and plan their monthly incentives and career progression based on their KPI.
- Ensures that subordinates have the required knowledge, skills, competencies and experience in order to reach the Department’s objectives.
- Attend meetings and trainings as required by the Company and Manufacturer.
- Maintain safety, security and appearance of allocated assets.
- Report to management any aspect of company operations deemed to be contrary to company interests and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 6 years of similar experience in the Automotive Parts (Passenger Vehicles)
