Mannai Corporation & Transfield services of Australia (a publicly listed Australian Company) are currently shareholders in “Transfield Mannai Facilities Management Services WLL”. This Joint Venture provides facilities management services to various commercial, non-commercial and educational establishments.
Mannai is pleased to announce that both companies have agreed to expand and further strengthen their relationship, forming a new company “Transfield Services Mannai Oil & Gas WLL” which will service the Oil and Gas sector by providing maintenance and shutdown activities said Alekh Grewal, CEO of Mannai Corporation.
