Mannai Auto Group has been recognized with the 2015 General Motors International Grandmasters award for its Cadillac operations.
Having received the global award at a ceremony in Barcelona recently, Mannai Auto was also congratulated by representatives of Cadillac Middle East for this achievement at a special Ramadan Iftar held for Cadillac customers in Qatar at the Westin hotel.
On the occasion Mr. Mohamed Helmy, Group General Manager, said: “Mannai Auto is honored to be recognized with the Grandmasters award in successive years and we will continue to build on this achievement to ensure the quality of our services and the relationships with our customers continue to grow.
Felix Weller, Managing Director of Cadillac Middle East attributed this success to the efforts of the dealerships and its people at every level in adhering to exacting standards set by Cadillac for all its operations. “We congratulate Mannai Auto on their fantastic achievement and their consistent performance in the annual Grandmasters program.”
On his trip to Doha, Mr Weller was accompanied by Samer El Khalil, Dealer Network Development Manager from Cadillac’s Middle East headquarters. On the night, the officials also recognized Mannai staff for their efforts in Sales, Customer Service and AfterSales.
The Grandmasters awards are the highest accolades granted by General Motors to its global dealer partners. The program was created to reward GM’s best dealers, based on vehicle and parts sales, service, customer satisfaction and facility standards. Winners are selected on both the value and the quality of their operations.
