H.E. Sheikh Hamad bin Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Thani, Chairman of the Mannai Corporation Board of Directors announced that the Board held a meeting on Sunday 16th November, 2008 and discussed the proposed dividend distribution for the year 2008.
The Board decided that based on the outstanding results achieved by Mannai Corporation in the first nine months of 2008 to recommend to the Ordinary and Extra Ordinary General Assemblies the distribution of a cash dividend at a rate of QR 6 per share (60% of the company’s capital) in addition to a distribution of bonus shares at a rate of one share for every 10 shares held (10% of the company’s capital) for the year 2008.
At the nine month stage ended 30th September, 2008 Mannai Corporation had reported earnings of QR 7.98 per share.
