Job Description:
Responsible for Material Handling Equipment
- Understand the products technical features, functionalities and benefits.
- Assess customer needs, applications and business challenges.
- Adopt consultative selling approach, provide proper solutions and customize proposals in line with the requirements.
- Conduct presentation and product demonstrations to showcase key features, functionalities and value proposition of the company’s products and services.
- Provide pre-sales support by answering technical inquiries and participating in sales meetings.
- Ensure a win-win scenario in all business in dealing with the customers.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to foster long-term customer growth and satisfaction.
- Establish and build trust-based relationships with assigned accounts, acting as primary point of contact.
- Seek additional business and search for new clients to expand the customer database.
- Proactively address customer concerns and objections with clear communication and good manner.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to generate new leads.
- Create opportunities, negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding assigned sales target.
- Forecast revenue and growth potential for assigned accounts.
- Liaise with the service team to address technical concerns problems.
- Communicate with marketing and business development teams to expand customer network and ensure maximum coverage.
- Provide post-sales support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the purchased products.
- Participate in sales meeting, trade shows and industry events to promote our product and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitors’ offerings.
- Give active feedback and insights and provide timely business reports.
- Interact effectively with various levels of management and staff.
- Follow and implement the set KPI’s and adhere to the company’s code of conduct
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, marketing or related
- At least 5 Years experience in Experience in Material Handling Equipment Industry
Skills Desired:
- Proven technical background and ability to understand challenging technical concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google apps
- Fluency in English or Arabic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Detailed oriented, resourceful and flexible.
