Job Description:

Job Purpose:

Solicit sales leads/customers via inside and outside sales.

Job Scope:

Focus on sales and marketing aspect of the company.

Major Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Make sales calls to introduce company and try to get business.
  • Follow-up on potential calls until final status is known.
  • Account management through frequent visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly projections.
  • Leverage operations, technical and administrative resources effectively to sell and ensure effective delivery of a high level of service.
  • Prepare weekly sales calls report and maintain a database of all visits and comments.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree

Skills Desired:

Preferred Qualification:

  • Good organiser with the ability to define and distinguish priorities
  • Flexible and able to work as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)

Computer Literacy:

To be familiar with basic terms and concepts, be able to create effective letters, memos, outlines, tables, reports and similar documents.

Years of Experience Desired:

A sound operational background with minimum two years experience within a multi-modal Logistics environment.
