Senior sales Engineer – HVAC Applied

Enforce & Lead Mannai’s HVAC Applied Sales and expand our market share in Qatar market.
Scan market identifying new customers/opportunities.
Range of products: Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Roof Top Packaged units and CRAC.
Brands to be handled: Climaveneta – Untes – Toshiba
- Develop sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues for HVAC applied business.
- Achieve sales target with specific gross margin.
- Lead applied sales team, Monitor achievement of sales target and evaluate performance.
- Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
- Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.
- Investigate lost sales and discuss it with BU manager and suppliers.
- Track sales figures monthly.
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
- Generate timely sales reports.
- Develop pricing schedules and rates & negotiate with partners & principals.
- Formulate sales policies and procedures.
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
- Scan market identifying & developing clients as well as dealers.
- Respond to clients introducing appropriate products, which meet their requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Hard working
- Good interpersonal relationship
- Good communication & presentations skills.
- Oral and written communication: Express ideas and place suggestions using suitable communication skills in Arabic as well as in English).
- Experience in Sales and Marketing of HVAC applied products in one of the following Brands: JCI – Trane – Daiken – Carrier
- Qatari driving licence
Years of Experience Desired:
Minimum 8 to10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of HVAC Applied products.
