Job Description:
Job Scope: Promote and develop projects sales of Mechanical products such as Pumps, Pressurization and Expansion Tanks, Water Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Valves, Chilled Water & Fire Fighting Pipes and Fittings, Copper Pipes & Fittings, SS Pipes & Fitting, PPR Pipes & Fittings.
Tackle projects and achieve sales target with specific gross margin, keeping best level of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Proactively source new business opportunities by visiting new projects, companies, and customers. Meet with end users and contractors to understand their needs and promote mechanical engineering products and services.
- Sales Generation: Generate and respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) by providing accurate and competitive quotations. Follow up on quotations to close deals and secure new business. Actively pursue sales leads and opportunities.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on competitors to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and market strategies. Use this information to improve the company’s business approach, differentiate products and services, and win market share.
- Customer Relationship Management: Coordinate with clients and contractors to address their queries, resolve issues, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Deliver on promised commitments in a timely manner and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Product Specification: Collaborate with consultants, clients, and authorities to specify appropriate mechanical engineering products for projects. Provide technical expertise and guidance in selecting the right products to meet client requirements and project specifications.
- And any other assignment that may be given by management

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
- Minimum 5 year experience in sales of above Mechanical products (main product experience is PUMPS)
- Having experience in the same job field with well known brands.
- Computer literate, MS office, Excellent sales capabilities, Very Good Presentation, Communication and negotiation skill, customer service focused. Fluent in Arabic & English.
