Parts Sales Manager- Trucks & Heavy Equipment
Job Description:
Responsible for the growth and profitability of HEG Parts, Sales, Procurement and Ordering Department.
- Responsible for the overall operation of HEG Parts Department – Counter, Retail, Wholesale Channels etc.
- To effectively plan order and sell parts as per management directive and supplier requirement target and objective as agreed with the Spare Parts manager.
- Training and develop staff concerning HEG Parts Department.
- Effectively Plan yearly monthly, and weekly objectives for Parts Department for all segment like Parts revenue, Profitability, Inventory Control, Order Control, Manpower productivity, and execute same in order to achieve corporate goals as agreed with the Spare Parts manager.
- To coordinate and support all internal and external audit activities as assigned by the Spare Parts manager.
- Responsible for working with aftersales team in analysing tenders & contracts to track new projects.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and marketplace area and develop regional plans accordingly to prepare for opportunities and problems.
- To ensure dead/slow moving stock are as per industry standards and submit periodic proposal to top management for scrapping.
- Responsible for the revenue generation and net profit of Heavy Equipment parts dept. in coordination with Spare Parts manager.
- Responsible on achieving monthly target set by management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Automobile background
- Certification in Inventory Management.
- At least 15 years of similar experience
- Previous knowledge of Trucks & Heavy Equipment Parts Business is essential.
- Preferably from Qatar market
- Bilingual (Fluent in Arabic and English)
