Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our team of experts in the Oil & Gas industry. As an HVAC Engineer with a strong focus on maintenance and project execution, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning and efficiency of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge and expertise in HVAC maintenance to develop and execute maintenance strategies, ensuring the reliability and longevity of HVAC systems in our projects.
• Project Management: Lead HVAC-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshooting & Problem-solving: Identify and resolve complex HVAC system issues effectively, providing innovative solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a culture of safety and best practices within the team.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to on-site maintenance teams, troubleshooting any technical challenges and conducting training as needed.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement performance monitoring systems for HVAC equipment to assess efficiency and recommend improvements for optimal energy utilization.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance activities and project progress, generating detailed reports for management review.

Skills Desired:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation for technical expertise in HVAC systems.
• 10 Years of Oil & Gas Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a significant focus on HVAC maintenance within large-scale projects.
• Showcase a proven track record of successfully leading HVAC maintenance activities and executing HVAC-related projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Problem-solving Skills: Exhibit exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex HVAC issues and implement effective solutions.
• Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve project goals.
• Demonstrate a deep commitment to safety, adhering to industry regulations and driving a safety-first culture within the team.
• Display a keen eye for detail and analytical skills, ensuring precision in maintenance processes and project management.
