Job Description:
- Responsible for the Sales & Development of JCB PRODUCTS
- To achieve target objectives & strategies to expand business of these products.
Major Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develops business plan and strategy for JCB PRODUCTS that ensures attainment of company goals and profitability
- Add new customers & follow up with them to achieve required target & volumes.
- Visit new potential customers to develop customer’s base, solicit order and process enquiries
- Achievement of agreed monthly / annual sales target and profit objectives
- Consistent develop and growth of sales, profitability, and market share
- Effective monthly sales campaigns
- Visit existing customers on a regular scheduled basis to solicit orders, collect cash payment, and process inquiries
- Initiates and coordinates development and implementation of marketing plan as needed.
- Other responsibilities and duties may be agreed and allocated from time to time
- Provides timely feedback to management regarding performance as assigned product
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospects applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
- Maintains accurate record of all pricings, sales activity reports related to his franchises
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations
- At all times operates in a responsible manner, projecting an image of sincerity and professionalism
- Report to management any aspect of company operations deemed to be contrary to company interest or objectives
- Attend meetings, conferences and training sessions required for his assigned franchise
- Maintain effective communication with all customers, colleagues and suppliers

Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Between 30 – 40 years’ old
- Good command in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge in commercial and business awareness
Skills Desired:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
Years of Experience Desired:
At least 5-10 years Heavy Equipment sales industry
